Just one goal: to head out all together for a weekend at sea, just to enjoy, have fun, and share.

This weekend wasn't just a simple cruise: it was above all an unforgettable reunion.
We saw our friends again from the Carnival cruises in October 2024, and those from the Costa Toscana in January 2025.
Two different trips… but the same passion for the sea.
Very quickly, the conversations resumed, laughter filled the air, and memories resurfaced as if no time had passed.
A warm, spontaneous atmosphere, full of energy: exactly the spirit of the Friend’Ship !
🛏️ Our cabin: an interior… but TRULY spacious!
We were staying in an interior cabin, and honestly, it was really large, well-laid out, comfortable, and perfect for a weekend at sea.
A very good point for the MSC Grandiosa, which offers interiors that are larger than average.

Honestly, nothing to complain about: it was seamless and pleasant.

We wanted to keep total freedom in the evening, so no main dining room.
On the other hand, we enjoyed a lunch at the Butcher’s Cut thanks to our Diamond status; when it's good and free, you might as well take advantage of it!

🎉 Entertainment: a weekend too short to test everything
The weekend was so full between the reunions and the conversations that we didn't have time to participate in the games and quizzes. However, we enjoyed the evenings and had nothing to complain about regarding the atmosphere and the party; we loved it!
That is also what the Friend’Ship is about: enjoying the present moment, without the pressure of doing everything, and having fun!

🚢 The MSC Grandiosa: a magnificent ship
The MSC Grandiosa lives up to its name: elegant, modern, pleasant to walk around.
But if there is one place that always mesmerizes us, it's the dome.
Between the colors, the animations, and the soundscape, one can stay there for hours without seeing the time pass.
👨✈️ Staff: impeccable service
The staff was, as always with MSC:

✔️ efficient
Nothing to complain about: a real pleasure.
⚓ Boarding & disembarkation

The only real negative point: non-existent organization, no flow management, a lot of waiting.
Clearly something to improve.

Conversely, the disembarkation was perfect thanks to the very practical locker system to drop off hand luggage on the morning of disembarkation, which can be picked up right when exiting.
Result: smooth and quick exit... And even more pleasant by leaving a little later!
